Before becoming an advisor, I founded three companies and worked at Airbnb during four of its fastest-growing years.

Onward · acquired by Royal Ambulance
Onward was a transportation service for older adults and people who needed extra assistance. We built the business with healthcare providers and families across California before selling it to Royal Ambulance in 2021. I built it with Sarah Pontier and Nader Akhnoukh, two incredible co-founders.
Product Lead.
Airbnb · Lux + Airbnb for Work
I joined Airbnb in 2015, when the company had roughly 400 employees, as the first product hire for Airbnb for Work. We launched the initial product and grew the business from zero to approximately $2 billion in bookings. I later led product for Airbnb Lux, managing six PMs across supply, guests, experiences, concierge, payments, and infrastructure.

Kapost · acquired by Upland Software
Kapost was a B2B software company that helped large marketing teams manage their content operations. Toby Murdock, Nader Akhnoukh, and I built it in Boulder, CO and it grew to roughly 120 employees and $15 million in ARR. We raised $16 million from Floodgate, Salesforce, LeadEdge, and Cueball. Got engaged, married, and had two kids along the way.

Qloud · acquired by BuzzMedia
One of the early Facebook-platform apps — connected your iTunes to Facebook so you could play music from your library or your friends'. Grew to over 10M monthly users. Acquired by BuzzMedia (now SpinMedia) in early 2008.

I grew up in Minnesota and now live in Mill Valley, just north of San Francisco.
Family
Awesome wife. Two kids. Two Belgian Shepherds. One bearded dragon.
